Before you place an order online you should read these Terms and Conditions in full.
Online purchases are processed securely using Sagepay or Papal. We do not store or have access to your card details.
All prices can be assumed to be correct at the time of order and include Vat where applicable.
Payment will be taken once you have pressed the ‘Pay’ button and an email will be sent to you as order acknowledgement. Goods will be released once funds have cleared.
Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of the following: A garment being out of stock, please refer to Back Order. If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 working days, please contact us at email@example.com.
All prices are stated in GBP and can be assumed to be correct at the time of order. Prices are inclusive of standard rate VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may change and be withdrawn at any time.
For online purchases, delivery will be charged at £3.95 inclusive of vat.
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard postage.
Larger orders will be sent by courier.
Delivery will normally be made within 5 days.

If the blank base garment you have ordered is not in stock, we will place it on back order and notify you via email. You will then have the option to cancel your order or wait for the garment to become available. We aim to fulfil all back orders within 7 working days.
Smartypantsltd.com use only the highest quality suppliers, if the product is faulty due to manufacture of the garment, we will replace it. We have provided Size & Style Charts for guidance when choosing your size. These may change without notice when garment manufacturer changes. Colours of garments are represented as closely as possible. We have taken great care in presenting products on the site as accurately as possible; however the images you see will depend upon your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We therefore are not able to guarantee that the product images ‘you see on screen’ are an accurate representation of the actual garments.
If we have sent you the wrong size or colour by mistake, this will be rectified. Please do check carefully your order before processing though as if you have chosen the wrong size of colour, we will not be able to accept this as a return. Orders will be processed as per tendered and email acknowledgement supplied.
We start work on your print orders straight away so no cancellation is allowed. Due to the nature of our site, orders will be printed as per your design so please ensure you check all your order details before confirming your order and making payment. If you have made a spelling mistake, it will be printed!
If we have made a mistake, we will happily replace or refund your order against original order tender. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of a mistake. Printed garments as customised just for you, we cannot accept them for return unless they are faulty or your instruction has not been followed. In the unfortunate event that the base garment is faulty, please return this item to us within 14 days – clearly stating the fault – include your name, address, contact telephone number or email address, order number and copy of receipt. Once we have received your goods our returns team will investigate the fault and advise what we intend to do. Most faulty goods will be replaced however on rare occasions they may be repaired. Should we not be able to find a fault we will contact you for your clarification.
We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure you get a proof of postage and that the method of delivery requires a signature, as in the event of a lost package, we will not be able to accept responsibility unless a signature was supplied. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
